New Diet chart with my experience !

    Hi Ladies,

    My chart for yday

    Bfast: 1/4 cup cottage cheese and 1 waffle
    Snack: Pear
    Lunch- 1/4 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup rice,1 cup okra curry, 1 cup soup
    Snack- 2 marie biscuites with 1 lite laughing cow cheese( 7 cals)
    Dinner: 2 rotis with 1/2 cup okra and 1 spoon yogurt
    Worked out for an hour on the elliptical!

    Hi Shvap,

    My friend is doing better,but not completely OK:(..Thanks for your motivation and support..It is so easy to put on weight and darn difficult to take out even a pound.:(...Though I havent lost much weight since I started this effort, my body is shaping up..I guess. All my frnds say I am becoming more toned:) which is positive thing !!!

    @6.30-------hot water with fenugreek seeds
    @7.00----------masala tea(cinnamon,ginger,pepper,elaichi) with no milk,no sugar........ added shatavari kalp
    @9.00-----------small bowl of green sprouts with onion+tomato,1 cup milk
    @10.30-----------green tea
    @12.00---------carrot,cucumber
    @12.30--------1 bowl of broken wheat khichdi cooked with vegetables n no oil
    @3.30----------1 small bananabonk
    @5.00---------1 cup milk with 2 spoon bran flakes
    @7.00----------1 bowl of broken wheat khichdi cooked with vegetables n no oil,1 phulka
    @7.30--------carrot,tomato,onion soup
    @8.30-----------1 cup milk

    exercise-------30 mins kapalbhatti+jogging,asans,2 times steps

    I was 125 Lbs till 4 months back.
    My Inlaws came here for a vacation and i started making variety of food that started tempting me so ate nicely :hide:and no exercise at all.
    After they left i checked my weight because i felt i was blotting and to my surprise i was 143 lbs :spin.
    I started following your new diet chart and guess what it worked :cheers to you

    LOST 3 lbs in JUST 3 DAYS

    so imagine if i keep continuing this how easily i can reach my target back.

    Hi Ladies,


    Nothing much happening from my side except regular workouts and eating right:)

    Yesertdays Diet:

    Bfast: 1 waffle


    Lunch- 1 cup brown rice with 1/2 cup spinach 1/2 cup channa with 1/2 cup yogurt

    Snack- 2 marie biscuits

    Dinner- 3/4 cup bhel with 1 small onion and 1/4 tomato


    Exercise- 1 hour

    exercise-------15 mins kapalbhatti,2 times steps

    @8.30-------hot water with fenugreek seeds

    @10.00-----------dish made from beaten rice,1/2 cup tea
    @12.30--------2 chapathis with sprou,1 bowl of curd rice
    @7.30--------dinner in hotel...slightly heavy

    exercise-------was in zoo for 3 hrs.,walking n so tht is the only exercise

    Hi All,

    Hope all of you are doing great! Wow..it has certainly been along time since I logged in..and so many new friends! A big welcome to all of you and all the very best in your weight loss goal.

    Krishnaamma, vahee, vani, Bipasha, Aabhi, DG, Babita and all the others..how are you all?

    The good news form my side is..I am still at 155 (some days it goes down upto 153..but mostly..it is somewhere close to 154..155). I have not put on any weight..but the bad news is I haven't lost any more weightbonk. But that is partly because I eat a full dinner instead of fruits. Inspite of that, I haven't gained any weight.

    I guess I should start dieting with all of you once again..may be I will start from Monday..
