New Diet chart with my experience !

    manisha... your diet chart seems to perfect day by day and appreciate your interest and sincerity and posting it regularly... i used to do this when i was dieting... actually there was a huge gang in this thread who used to post their daily diet chart regularly before like how you are doing now... keep rocking all the very best in your weight loss journey..

    HI Ladies,
    After a break I am here!!! I was lil busy, though I logged on could not post any messages. Hmm I gained 1 lb..thanks to the binge eating this weekend..Frnd had an emergency and was running around without food from mornin till evening then packed up unhealthy food in the evenings....for three days..Now everything is back to normal!

    Hey Vahee,

    Since a period of time, i am going through lot of problems and not able to follow any diet. That's the reason, why i am not even posting.I am still taking treatment for my back pain.

    BTW, did you PM me Vahee? Actually,when i check my PM's, very soon my system is getting affected. So i did not check it. I am sorry dear.

    hello ladies.....
    i am back to my original weight .i have gained 15 ponds.so now i am back to dieting and exercising.
    This is really important in the present to lead a healthy life.
    I will start posting my diet chart from tomorrow.

    my day 17 feb------

    @6.30-------hot water with fenugreek seeds
    @7.00----------masala tea(cinnamon,ginger,pepper,elaichi) with no milk,no sugar........ added shatavari kalp
    @9.00-----------small bowl of green sprouts with onion+tomato,1 cup milk
    @10.30-----------green tea
    @12.00---------carrot,cucumber
    @12.30--------1 bowl of broken wheat khichdi cooked with vegetables n no oil
    @5.00---------1 cup milk with 2 spoon bran flakes
    @7.00----------1 bowl of broken wheat khichdi cooked with vegetables n no oil,1 phulka
    @7.30--------carrot,tomato,onion soup
    @8.30-----------1apple,1 cup milk

    exercise-------30 mins kapalbhatti+jogging,asans,2 times steps

    HI sowmya... good to see you... sorry to hear about your back pain problem... do continue the treatment... even one of my friend had back pain problem very severely but dr's told her weight is her main issue and she reduced her weight drastically follwing very very strict diet... and she lost almost more than 20 kgs now...

    i sent you PM seeing your concern about krishnamma in receipes forum... she is having back pain problem and not able to loging frequently like before... i mailed her son and go this information... even i got worried so much when i did'nt see her online for a very long time...
