New Diet chart with my experience !

    HI All,

    My diet for yesterday

    Breakfast- 2 rava idli with 1/2 cup sambar
    Snack- 1 cup tomato soup
    Lunch- 2 tortilla(carb balance) with 1 cup yellow squash
    Snack- 2 slices of lite bread(40 cal each)
    Dinner- 2 rava dosas
    Dessert- sugar free custard made with fat free milk( indulgence)

    1.5 hours on the ellipitcal..worked out an extra .5hours at night to compensate for the dessert:)

    my day 5 feb------

    @6.30-------hot water with fenugreek seeds
    @7.00----------masala tea(cinnamon,ginger,pepper,elaichi) with no milk,no sugar........ added shatavari kalp & 3 tbsp bran flakes with 1 cup milk,3 tbsp oats wit low fat curd ,salt n pepper
    @10.15 --------[COLOR=green! important][COLOR=green! important]green [COLOR=green! important]tea[/COLOR][/COLOR][/COLOR] without sugar
    @3.30-------1/2 carrot,1 cucumber
    @5.00---------1 cup coffee wthout sugar n 3 marie biscuits
    @7.15 ----------2 phulkas
    @8.00 ----------vegetable soup
    @8.30---------1 apple
    @9.00---------1 cup milk with shatavari kalp

    exrcise-----1 time steps,20mins cardio/aerobics,25 mins floor exercise,by standing etc......

    Aft 6 o clock only the real diet start know?

    Hi Priya,

    I am not following Krishnamma's diet plan. I eat whatever I feel like, but try to make it healthy thats all:). As per K's plan, only apples or oranges for the night.

    Its always good when we are consious and aware of our diet...
    i read some where if you are going to a party tonite do extra hrs of workout before attending the party and burn calories... something like precaution is better than cure...Big Laugh

    @9.30--------[4 small idlis with sambar,1 cup coffee wth sweetn low sugar substitute
    @12.30--------3 phulkas,mix sprouts,small bowl of rice khichadi
    @3.30-------1/2 carrot,1 cucumber
    @5.00---------1 cup coffee wthout sugar n 3 marie biscuits
    @7.00 ----------2 phulkas
    @8.00 ----------tomato+pumpkin soup
    @8.30---------1 apple,1 kiwi
    @9.00---------1 cup milk with shatavari kalp

    exrcise-----no bonk
