    It feels wrong to link to your own posts but I really didn't have an alternative. These write ups were the easiest to find. I think you might benefit from reading them. They address some of the worries you've mentioned. See if they are useful.

    You feel low because of what?

    Is it a career you are seeking? Go for it
    Is it higher studies ? Go for it
    Is it a fit health and body? Go for it

    You are only responsible for your happiness.You have to be happy with yourself first.

    What will make you feel better?
    What are your goals?
    What are you afraid of?


    Write down your feelings whatever it is and look at it.

    Channelize your thoughts and focus towards some goal. Small
    Or big does not matter.

    Go for a walk and start some hobby which you like.It will get you motivated.

    I always advocate fitness.Not to look great in clothes BUT it changes you mentally and physically.Makes you much more relaxed.

    Try Ashwaganda.Helps a lot.

    Write down your plus points.read it again and again.
    Develop some routine.
    Have a small aim.
    Keep busy and distract yourself.

    @anika987 ,
    I am making some changes to the daily routine. I started with yoga but had to stop it after i met with an accident. Once i recover from the injury, i will start back.
