    Hi Ladies,

I am very much inspired by dedications and plans for weight loss. Can you please provide me some tips here?

To give a background info of me,I am married and have 2 kids(6 and 1 year) and work in IT and my work timings are morning 8 to evening 5.I hardly get time for myself and end up eating all the junk stuff or left over stuff.I feel so tired at the end of the day...:drowning

After my c-section last year,i didnt really lost much of my pregnancy weight and the tummy:-(....I really want to reduce some weight.:hide:

Please guide me with any ideas and tips..:bowdown

    Thanks.

    Hi Veronica,

I don't know about kitchuppa's diet plan, but here is plan what i follows.

    will do morning yoga.
drink at least 3/4 glasses of water
after an hour or so take break fast
    Mor. Sandwich/cerels
    lunch 3 pulkha with curry/dal
n8 big glass of juice with out sugar

if you feel hungry take some sprouts, carrots .. etc
    drink more water.

for me it is not possible to follow the same diet in weekends.
try to cut down the sweets with sugar.

    Sirisha

Thanks so much for the reply Sirisha.Luckily,I am not a big fan of sweets or too much fatty foods. But sometimes,i get tempted for Pizza and junk food.

The problem with me,with the hectic life I am leading, not much of time for me and i am not sticking to this plan. But I have to make sure I do it now,as i feel so tired these days and DH calls me that i am looking like an old fatty lady:-(

Hopefully I stick to this time.Keep posting me if you have any new ideas or tips..

    Thanks.

    Hi Veronica,

You can reduce couple of lbs simply by avoiding Junks by replacing with healthy options like Veggies, Nuts and fruits. And increase your water intake to 2.2 ltrs per a day, try to do some cardio for 30 mins. vegetable juices are very good in reducing body fat, try to have one big glass of veg juice as breakfast.

Small differences can make big wonders.
