need serious buddies to lose weight permanently- nearly 10 to 15 kgs.

    Hello

    Can any one tell me what vegetarian diet plan should i follow to loose weight. I am 15kgs overweight and want to loose it before november. I exercise yoga 45 mins but not regular in it. I am trying to be regular in that.

    Yoga will not help u lose much weight. Include some kind of cardio - walking, running, swimming etc.. for 45mins.
    Diet wise - don't eat rice, fried foods, sweets, ice cream & chocolates, sugar.
    Foods that u can eat
    - roti
    - fruits (strawberry, blueberry, blackberry, apple, orange, kiwi, melon, papaya, banana etc)
    - pulses
    - paneer, curd, chana, tofu
    - all vegetables (brinjal, cauliflower, carrots, broccoli, okra, lauki, all squashes, asparagus, etc etc) but try to cut down on potato and have sweet potato instead.
    - milk
    - if ur non vegetarian (chicken, fish, egg)

    I suggest you that instead of getting demotivated and losing control on yourself. Try get patience and believe in yourself. Live your life in a normal way.

    I'm 86 k now, after giving birth to my second child a year ago. I can't starve myself nor I find time to work out. pl give me some good suggestions...

    dear fb ,
    excessive work out alone is not enough !
    ill share my secrets with u ( itz wont be a secret anymore :p )
    morning have a cup of green tea instead of coffee ( honey and lime in hot water works very fast )
    take break fast and lunch on time ( timing very very important )
    9 am take 2 fresh amla ( gooseberry ) even dried sweet amla will do
    11 am take white pumpkin juice ( no sweeteners plzz ) plain with a pinch of salt and jaljeera will do
    before 30 mtz to lunch take a glass of carrot juice with butter milk ( carrot bm shake :p )

    Hi Floralbliss,

    Please add me also. I also want to lose 16-18 Kgs. But my problem is that I had never done any exercises. Please suggest me some exercises and tips.
