need serious buddies to lose weight permanently- nearly 10 to 15 kgs.

    The only muscle tht u will build by doing the light strength workouts tht we suggest to you will be very little and you wont bulk up.. it is always a good idea to do tht cos muscle helps burn more fat even at rest.. and u got to do some cardio as an added fat burn.. Ur not going to bulk up unless u workout for hours and hours and hours a day and all we're suggesting is 20 mins or so of strength.. Add another 30-40 mins cardio (walking) will be a good place to start..

    tht Leslie video tht farha gave the link to is a good walking programme to follow and build up ur stamina too.. Give it a try.. :thumbsup

    I'll be MIA from next week onwards.. Will be busy with travel and moving.. Can't say with certain when I'll be back properly but I'll try dropping in every once in a while to report updates..

    diet ***
    exercise: crunch pilates.. i had to stop before cool down as my lil one got up from sleep and started crying.. same thing happ 2 days back too.. no stretching, no cooldown.. now my legs are so sore and cramped.. i now have new found respect for cooldown and stretching..
