    M very disappointed today :( checked my weight and its 123 pounds.. I have to lose 23 pounds now.. and its 3 months from today that I have to get there. Pls include me from next week in the competition. I'm gonna run for three weeks and then 2 months of insanity. :( :(

    @Ria, I eat so much though im such a foodie hence the weight problems - omg you should try sushi - you can get chicken ones which are cooked which are good to start of with

    @pinkrubies- good idea. do u make the chicken one urself at home? if yes pls provide the method for its preparation. I have seen some minor but healthy changes in your diet since your first post. thats a good sign. I am a foodie too. Just try to have your fav fatty food one or twice a weak in breakfast. dinner should be light.

    I updated my weight on thursday last week,since I knew I was going to be busy over the weekend. Pls check my previous post.My weight is 68 kg currently.If I am too late to join,no problem I will join you guys next week.
