    Hi everyone...
    My weight is currently at 85.5, thankfully! Hoping to join for next week's competition..
    It went up to 87 and then I started controlling my foods a bit and joining my little sis for exercises.. But she does about 30 mins to 1 hr max in a day, depending on her schedules and school stuff... Back to 85.5 again.. Hoping I dont gain after a having a packed meal plan with invites.. big trouble ahead!! Today lunch out with friends.. dinner at my uncle's place.. tomorrow lunch at aunt's place and dinner somewhere (i forgot)
    Which is why I came back here for some motivation to stick to the diet! Oh goshh..

    Hope everyone's doing great with their diets and exercises.. just another 2 more weeks and I'll be joining you all as usual! (If my MIL will let me, of course!)

    My weight is 73 . no loss no gain. was quite careless about diet n excercise this week.
    will definately do better next week. :)

    @pink rubies- I just love to read ur menu.our choices are samilar.never had a sushi. every single item in ur menu sounds yum. :)
