    Good morning
    I am back from my vacation yesterday night.

    yesterday's Log ( while returning from my native :) , On the way to Bangalore)

    BF : idly with sambar
    Lunch : roti with Dal thadka
    Dinner : Rice with Snake gaurd fry and curd ( prepared at home)
    Before going to bed : Had glass of milk

    next 2 days no workouts.. Birthday celebrations, yummy cake and Indian restaurant food :) it's going to be fun for me.. I'll be back on track from Monday ..
