    bf- 3 adai with ginger chutney
    lunch- rice, red lobia beans curry, broad beans curry, buttermilk
    snacks- murmura upma
    dinner- 1 cucumber, 3 adai, left over lobia curry, buttermilk


    water- 1.5 lts

    bf- uppidipindi( rice flour upma), buttermilk
    mm- 1/2 carrot
    lunch- rice, sambar, tindora curry, buttermilk
    snack- 2 multigrain toast vth peanut butter
    dinner- wheat rawa upma, sambar, tindora curry, aloo curry, buttermilk


    water- 6 glasses
    no exercise

    samosa chat n bhel puri shared with dh
    noodles
    milk

    Aug 28
    Bf - 3.5 chapathis with aloo channa curry, 1 cup tea
    Lunch - 1 cup samai rice with same curry, 1 cup horsegram rasam
    Evening - 1 cup tea
    Dinner - 3 chapathis with same curry

    Bf - 1 chapathi with channa masala, 1 idli with sambar, 1 cup coffee
    Snack - Sundal
    Lunch - Veg biriyani, 1 phulka
    Snack - 1 cup tea
    Dinner - 2 Samai dosa with tomato chutney

    Did 10 mins stretching exercises and 10 mins walk.
