    lunch- 3 phulka, ponnaganti curry, brinjal tomato curry, pepper rasam, 1/2 cup buttermilk
    evng- paneer brown bread sandwich, oats biscuits
    dinner- pesarattu 3, sambar


    water- 1.5 lts

    dinner- roti-3, palak dal, chana sundal, buttermilk
