    Today's update

    6 am honey hot water
    8 am ragi semiya - very small cup
    10 am fruit salad
    11 am tea
    1 pm brown rice snakeguard ladiesfinger
    Dhal with radish
    5pm sprouts salad
    7 pm 2 roti

    Walk 30 minutes

    I started out at 89kgs. Weighed myself at the end of last week. Am 88.5 kgs now.
    I did waver a bit with the diet and was not completely avoiding the wrong foods.
    My water intake too can see more improvement.

    I did however exercise almost everyday and also had a very light early dinner.

    Am happy about the progress.

    Thanks @felonopsis I have tried that before.. drinking more water.. eating more subzi etc.. No matter what I eat I always end up being hungry late in the night before bed. I have an extremely active 3 yr old boy for whom the most terrible thing to do is to go to bed. By the time we put him to bed we both are tired and would have already used up all the calories from early dinner :tired:

    29-Jan:
    BF: Roti, veg kurma, coffee
    Lunch: Brown rice, dhal, potato
    Snack: apple, coffee
    Dinner: Naan, matar paneer

    Walking 30 mins.
    Yesterday was not very good in terms of diet. I tried to portion control though.
