does cooking vegetables using microwave oven destroy the antioxidants in the vegetables
I am told by a famous cardiologies in Sydney that "90% of the nutritions is gone after keeping vegetables in microwave. "
Hence it is best NOT to cook veges in microwave.

Also cooking in plastic is not safe.

There are many views about microwave cooking lately.. both good and bad. Some say that the nutrients are well preserved since the food gets cooked in itself.

its advisable to use only ceramic eventhough they say some plastic u can use in microwave, its not at all good for your health i use microwave for roasting suji, groundnut etc., only
