    8th May 2014:-
    M1:- Green Apple
    M2:- Few pieces of chilly chicken deep fried + two spoon of hot pot chilly vegetables + few chinese styled vegetables ( eat out with my friends but did portion control )
    M3 :- Green tea
    M4:- hot water with lemon
    M4:-Apple
    M5:- Hokkien noodles with bhoy chow + few piece of bbq'd lamb
    M6:- Green tea with lemon

    Workout :- 20 mins treadmill

    9th may

    BF : 2 dosai + chutney pdr & oil
    lunch : rice + veg sambar + lady's finger fry.
    dinner : mc spicy panner burger + 3 fries.:bonk :bang. i dint get burger for me, they bought 2 mc spicy chicken burger meal , free panner burger so i ate that.

    water : 2 lts

    exercise : orbitrek - 15 mins,, ( back to form, got up inthe morning jus to do exercise)
    LS 1 mile walk.

    BBD whap hpnd ? today sunday u dint come yet online? waiting for the new challenge.

    10 th may

    BF : 1 dosai + sambar
    lunch : rice + fish curry + fish fry
    evening :few pistas
    dinner : 3 chapati + dhal

    water : 2 lts
    exercise : nil ( got my chums)

    11th may

    BF : mini tiffin from saravana bhavan
    lunch : rice + brinjal & mochai curry
    dinner : not yet planned
    water : 2 lts
    exercise : nil

    11th May - Weight check up - 142.6 lbs (reduced by 1.4 lbs) irrespective of eating fried items :)
