    hai gals, here climate is too good, raining in summer.

    having control on food portions, but eat everything in small quantities. did exercise yesterday, dint do today. feeling sleepy in this climate.

    will try to be on track . pls motivate me.

    sujatha try to create ticker to keep yourself motivated and be regular in check in diary that way you will know where to improve .... try to incorporate 20 -30 mins exercise not aggressive but some cardio yoga and walking

    M1:-cup of grapes
    M2:-2 egg boiled with salmon pieces and salad leaves
    M3:-Green tea
    M4:-Apple
    M5:-1/2 cup rice+chicken gravy + 1 piece of brinjal fried + cucumber salad

    M6:-hot water with lemon
    M7:-curried chicken and prawn veggie soup
    M8:-Green tea

    Exercise :- 10 mins tae bo+20 mins power walking

    i need to introduce more milk or butter milk and fruits since iam close to periods my weight scale is not friendly but i can see myself lighter but bloated with water weights :( cannot wait for check in on Sunday :yes:

    6th May 2014 :-

    M1 :- water
    M2:- coffee with biscuits
    M3 :- rice, sambhar, moong sundal, pappad
    M4:- 600 ml water
    M5:- almonds
    M6:- tea with biscuits
    M7:- lpesarattu, ginger chutney and coconut chutney (no soup)

    BF : 2 idlis + veg kurma
    lunch : rice + more kulambu + yam
    evening: 5 sev + 2 gooday biscuits
    dinner : little rice + chicken 65. ( after a very long time taking rice at night)

    water : 2 lts
    exercise : nil. feeling lazy nowadays, before & all i will wake up early jus for doing exercise, even if i cant do in the morning i will try do make in the evening but now become lazy as before. dont know how to motivate myself . pls help.
