    Check in Weight May 1st :- 144 lbs (close to period cycle)
    Current Waist :- 33 inches
    Current Hip:- 41 inches
    Current Thigh :- 20 inches
    Height : 5.4 inches

    Will update my diet later.

    Dont worry chapra me too iam close to my period time :( feel the scale not friendly showed me 1 kg more :( ..... but lost waist size from last month which is i feel great ...

    Lifestyle Meal Plan :-

    1st May 2014 :-

    M1 :- Banana
    M2:- Half boiled egg + 1 toast + 1 tsp of butter
    M3 :- Green tea with lemon
    M4:- 600 ml cold water
    M5:- Fish curry + 1/2 cup rice+ 1 boiled egg
    M6:- Honey + lemon warm water
    M7:= Chicken +prawn clear soup
    M8:- Green tea + 1/2 glass of skim milk


    Workout :- Completed Day 1

    I feel bit sore in joint and thighs

    Hi bbb and others,
    count me in. i've not been a very active member here,
    so about me: I'm Lekha early 30s mom of 2. I have almost reached my pre-preg weight, but still stuck with the last 3-4 pounds. I've been slacking out on my control for a past couple of months. Also have a new addiction: coffee, have to shake it off. So joining in here for a group motivation.
    I haven't weighed recently, so will give my data tomorrow including a diet plan. Hope its okay.
    I'm excited and looking forward for a healthy lifestyle.

    welcome beautifulpict ... :) lets all shake off our weights ... me the same as your stats mom of 2 ,early 30s ,reached pre pregnancy weight but last 7 - 10 kgs doesnt want to shake off ... lets motivate each other and train ourself

    BBD, I have a problem doing jumping jack and squats. I feel like urinating if I do jumping jacks and due to my ankylosing spondylitis, I cannot do squats. So, can I take it as 40-60 minutes work out a day, something thats easy on my body?

    M3 :- coffee with biscuits
    M4:- 600 ml water
    M5:- idli, peanut chutney, curd
    M6:- water
    M7:= veg noodle soup
    M8:- water

    Yes you are welcome chapra it is a guide to do some cardio and abs to get rid of belly fat whichever is comfortable do it start with 30 mins workout and then increase to 45 mins workout
