Office snacks and Lemongrass tea
sorry for not coming here for a long time. My daughter's 10th board exams going on. So couldn't be here more. But now I would like join to loose weight –
Current weight- 77kgs
March goal weight - 75 kgs
Final goal weight - 65 kgs
I have been off with my diet and workout, need some serious motivation and get back to fitness!! Will try to update here everyday

I have started IF for a few weeks now but want to start cleaner eating too and get regular exercise, besides steps

Day #1 March
1 hour yoga
Breakfast -upma + green tea
Mid day snack -1 nendrapazham
Lunch - Tamarind pongal+beetroot and carrot salad with boiled peanuts+palak with egg + sambharam
Dinner -wheat dosa with gongura pickle.
Water - 4 glasses

1st March- 7929 steps
2nd March- I update my food first
Exercise later when I go back home
2 small cups of tea
Breakfast - 2 dosas with peanut chutney and poddi +fruits
Lunch- small bowl tomato mushroom rice, boiled egg and cucumber salad
Dinner - samba wheat upma +black channa sundal
Forgot to take pic for lunch, and breakfast only remembered after i just started
What is this long grain rice ? And how do you cook it to come out so attractive, separate grains and uniformly colored?

@Amulet Its basmathi rice only. Actually it is noi arisi pongal should cook with jeeraka shamba rice or broken rice. As it was not there I just cooked with basmathi rice.

Mid day snack -1 handful peanuts + 3dates+greentea
Lunch - small cup rice with moru curry +chena mezhukuprati+beetroot and carrot salad
Dinner -2 dosa with gongura pickle.
Water - 4 glasses
