Hi all, @Mahe I really love the look of your Thali today. @Shanvy yummy buns... I tried some no-knead bread myself with a mix of whole wheat and wheat.. then tried doing the same with raagi and whole wheat.. was flat and not as fluffy. Tempted to give it another shot. So came home with backache (nothing serious) so DH cooked rice last night. Had leftover lunch with rice, dal and veggies. SO no pic. Tonight will make healthy low-carb meal and share my lunch tomorrow. Noticed that most of your Thalis have 3-4 side dish items.. maybe I will incorporate that to cut down on the carbs!
