lost weight without the intention of losing it !!!

    they know the befefits of fruits ma.. but not my in-laws.. :bonk thats the problem..
    my husband is very innocent and tell what he ate to my in-laws..
    it is a formality to give lot of sweets and mixtures.. otherwise my parents are treated like they did a crime.. :bonk

    mostly in laws are like this , i just don't know the reason, any how beware of them , ha ha ha ..

    Brisk walking is one of the best exercises to tone up body muscles, continue the routine you will be always young and beautiful . Brisk walking makes you sweat and the complexion becomes clear and the skin glows.Keep it up dear Bhuvana.

    despite these efforts i couldn't lose my tummy fat. All these years i was not at all bothered about my weight or my appearance , hence it resulted in deposition of fat around the stomach. must work out hmmm ....

    Really hats off to you. I tried being away from sweets yest , but by the end of the day I lost
    Really how do you keep yourself motivated ? I am thinking of food every time.
    Do share your valuable tips. You have again lost 3 kgs, really grrrrrrrreat.

    Just imagine how happy our family members would be, if we are healthy and energetic ,for this we must be healthy and to achieve this we must stuanchly stick to our aim of eating only healthy low calorie food. Keep this in mind morever if we are slim most of the apparel would suit us and we can be attractive and young always . Good luck dear
