lost weight without the intention of losing it !!!

    Hereafter I am going to have no snacks or minimal snacks at unavoidable situations and will make walking a habit.. Self-control and motivation is important in life dear.. I learned it now.. You are brave to control your mind dear..

    You are great Bhuvana , had you been here i would have hugged you for your stern determination of giving up junk food. Once in a while you can have it but never make it a habit. Keep this good spirit up

    For the coming week, bought groceries and veggies priya.. for snacks bought rusk and biscuits only.. no other oily or potato snack.. saved money too.. :)
    hereafter at teatime will have marie/tiger/parleG biscuits or rusk only..
    no other snacks for the day..

    thinking about my hostel days when I was working..
    I was very lean with timely eating, juice and snacks only at evening teatime..
    this good habit, I have to follow again to get that weight and figure..

    so nice to hear that you have changed the eating habits and you save a little money , after all little drops of water maketh an ocean...:)

    Yeah during the college days most of the girls will be slim and beautiful after giving birth to a child, ladies just don't care about themselves, all the habits are changed espcially the eating and sleeping habits. Ladies must be always concious about their health because they are the persons who take care of the family members and all the household chores, If we fall sick everthing in the household is upset ,have you noticed that, So my dear for our well being let us always eat healthy food.

    last week my parents came here with lot of snacks..
    so cant avoid snacks last week..
    this week I am doing dear..
    will continue.. even on weekends..

    When your parents visit you next time tell them to bring fruits, nuts or dark chocolate,explain the benefits of these items they will be convinced and you will get a pat on your back
