    My today's count has been 14pts

    Morning Coffee - 1 point
    Breakfast - plain bread 2 slices - 2pts

    Lunch- Sambar rice and Bindi fry - 6pts

    Evening coffee - 1pt
    Snack- one Chinese almond cookie - 1pt
    one roti with baked veggies - 3pt

    Thanks pickles for welcoming me in.

    my height is 159cm. maintanance is 17.9.
    so to reduce i have to eat for 12 points,

    yesterday was a terrbile day.

    breakfast - 3 points
    lunch - 2 points
    evening - 5 points

    for maintanance i have 7 more points,

    night went out - had chole bhattore and in addition mid morning i had 2 piece halwa.This will cover that 7 points.

    cud have omitted the late dinner, but still iam in maintanance points.. :)

    Hi pickles.

    my height is 163 cm. now my weight is 64(going up and down btw 63.5 to 64) . My goal is to reach 63 and to maintain there... I am trying to incorporate calorie count...roughly of mine today

    cheela -1
    dhal 1
    rice 1
    bread 2
    tea 3
    tikki(stir fried 1
    roti 1
    guava1
    stir fried manchurian 2 Bcoz of sauces)

    total points 14 pts

    but how can I calculate my maintainable points...?

    Snack - seasame jaggery ball+1 tea - 3 points

    Lunch-2 roti with peas curry -3 pts
    snack - 1 coffee+apple -3 pts
    pre-dinner - half cup oats with sambar cabbage(made it as a soup)-2 pts
    Dinner -2 roti with chicken-3 pts

    snack - 1 marie biscuit+half coffee -1.5pts
    evening - half cup rice with sambar+beetroot fry. 3.5pts
    night -1 glass milk without sugar -1.5pt

    Total - 12 pts

    No Workouts.. am not well.. body pain and fever.

    Hi everyone..

    sorry no updates last week, was down with viral, so ate maintenance..

    maintaining at 65.8 kg as of now.

    From tomrrow I start my week of 13 points.

    target for 24 august : 65.2 kg.
