    Use myfittnesspal app or log into their website. It is easier and has most of the Indian foods. Moreover, they have the option where you can set your weight loss goals,calorie goals etc. based upon your activity level.

    I came within my BMI within 3 months, by religiously logging in what I ate and by walking. It is hard to log everything that you eat, but it is worth the effort.

    today was good for me getting on the scale 55.8 yeah a new low on this cycle of my weight loss journey :)

    Wow pickles that great 55.8 is almost 10kgs down, how dis you do it??

    Current weight : 66.2 kg.
    I had an off-day today. So I ate full maintenance points 19 pts.

    Aiming to be at 65.7 kg by July end.


    Mine was a good day with 12pts​
