    Thanks for joining! Today I made jowar dosa with veggies for breakfast....found the recipe in one of the nutrition threads here. Turned out yummm:tongue:

    Yes...even I am doing aerobics 5 days a week....have been doing that for years now without much success on the weight loss front, although I enjoy the adrenaline rush. I learnt quite late that its becoz I am not watching my diet:(

    Will post my weight on Monday here again. Will help me stay accountable;)
    We all can do that. that way we will not hog uncontrollably over the weekends:chatter:

    I am 70Kgs now. want to reach to 62kgs

    having 3 teaspoons of horsegram powder early morning with 200ml water

    6k steps a day. no other exercise. let me see how I can shed
