Looking For Weight Loss Buddy..lets Stay Motivated Together!

    Not just the work and kids, but the physical conditions as we age. Pregnancy & post pregnancy play a huge role in keeping the hormones balanced.
    A decade back, I worked in a foreign country and used to visit home once in 2 months only. During those 2 months stay, I depended on my self cooking only (I must admit that I was not a great cook then).
    But I ate full for 3 times, had sugar & sweets etc.. But mostly ate home cooked food.
    But each time, when I returned home, I would have lost 3-5 kgs, and showed magnificent difference in the look.

    Now that, I only eat at home, careful with oil and carb when cooking, no sugar and lots of home work etc... but I hardly lose any pound these days.
    I think I should work with my hormones first, while maintaining the diet & exercise moderately....

    Today walked 5k steps only,but had lot of work at home like cleaning,moping...

    Food log:
    Morning: tea
    Breakfast:3 ragi dosas and one small cup of sweet pongal
    Lunch: rice, keerai and yam fry with curd.
    Evening:tea
    Dinner:7 small millet paniyarams

    Today diet was ok... Walked just 2k steps...not feeling well,had severe hand pain

    i feel im already a part of this thread..
    Ive been doing around 33-40 rounds surya namaskars as regularly as possible. On the days that I feel lazy, I say to myself that "lets just do 11 rounds quickly and not more." By the time Im reaching 11 rounds, I am warmed up and finish 33. At 33 is the dilemma, should I continue till 40 or stop here. Most times, I have been reaching 40 :)
    Im trying to finish it up first thing in the morning. However, with all that said, not feeling ready to do this for 2 days now.
    Next, a cup of chai in the morning.
    mostly 3 small dosas with peanut chutney around 830 AM
    12 pm - maybe chai
    1PM lunch - measured quantity of rice (small bowlful) with cury, dal, sambar, pickle, curd whatever
    5/6 PM chai with some murmura or just chai
    7-730 - dinner roti curry
    10PM - I need to get rid of this habit , but a chai

    water around 3L every day.
    weight 70 kg
    target - 5 kg down 1 month

    Completed 5k steps today... Checked my weight too..69.2kgs....want to reach 67 kgs by this month end

    Today's weight - 77.7kg
    Out of temptation had 2 ladoos:facepalm:.
    Workout is 30 min cardio.
    Breakfast - ragi mudde
    Lunch - fish curry
    Dinner will be egg whites+fruits.

    Completed 6k steps today and played badminton for 30 mins....

    Had. Heavy dinner, chapati and rice with little bit sweet....

    Food taken:

    Early morning :tea
    Breakfast:3 dosas with mint chutney and 5 pieces papaya
    Lunch:rice,sambar,cabbage poriyal and one small banana
    Evening:tea
    Dinner:2 dosas and small amt of rice
