    You girls must be tall. I am short with extra kgs so plz don’t go by my weight number.
    Aug 27/2020 - 55.79 kgs
    Workout - Leslie walk and weight training.
    Diet - I am not using an app, using the mental map suggested by Rujuta diwekar. I eat home food most of the time. I also follow Poornima Madavas tips, she has a YouTube channel and she adapted Rujutas tips with a few tweaks.
    I keep changing my menu... it’s mostly South Indian with a few other additions. This is today’s diet to give you an idea of what I am eating.
    Early morning snack - soaked and peeled almonds, soaked dates.
    Breakfast - Alasanda rotte with curds.
    Mid morning snack - Hummus with carrot sticks.
    Lunch - Rice, dal, curry, curds.
    Evening snack - chicken and roasted murmura
    Dinner - veg salad,rice with dal or curds, lemon pickle.

    Workout: Tabata

    Early morning: Almonds and coffee
    breakfast: whole meal bread french toast
    lunch: tuna and veggies wrap
    evening: tea/groundnuts/apple
    dinner: salad with half cup rice + bottle guard curry

    Hi Friends,

    Please include me as well....

    It's been a while I am seriously thinking of reducing weight and putting effort....But group of weight loss buddies will definitely motivate us.....I am a mom of 2.My current weight is 70.2 kg..

    Currentle I am being watchful on what I eat....And playing shuttle in the morning..

    Planning to walk 10K steps from Monday once I am done with my monthly cycle.

    Come on girls...let's rock!!!!!!

    Evening : nuts & tea
    Dinner : idly with coconut chutney
