    Yes I’m interested dear.. i tried to loose weight and lost few Kgs.. but I gained back again so started my weight loss journey again from last week.. hope this time will loose weight and maintain the same..

    Hi. I am glad you would like to join with me.. :banana:
    I am planning to follow calorie deficit. Slowly reducing the calorie intake and include some workouts. I will update my weight tomorrow morning empty stomach. Lets do this.

    Ok thanks.. please explain the diet plan in detail..my main issue is my eating habits..

    i do share my everyday workouts and diet here. Please do motivate me..&i do the same. Also I am planning to drink at least 3-4L of water.

    todays weight : 84 Kgs

    Hi dear,
    Today weight: 78.5
    Workout: full body HIIT
    Do you use fitness pal or any app which helps calculate the daily calorie need and we plan calorie deficit accordingly.
    For me it shows 1200, plan is to eat lesser than 1200

    Today’s weight : 83.7
    Workout : yoga

    26-08-2020 :

    Bf: brown bread with peanut butter, banana
    Snacks : mixed veg salad
    Lunch : phulkas , Dal, little Sambar, Raw banana curry, dal spinach & buttermilk
    Evening : nuts & cookie
    Dinner : millet dosa with sambar

    water : 2.5 - 3L
