    Acording to diet , i am avoiding white rice ,weekly once only idli or dosa that too rarely...
    Workout : walking, spot jogging, ls walk
    For face : i am not doing anything , vl try to applyfruits or veggies...

    But like one yr before i am not any home chores , i vl do just cooking ...i kept maid so no much work For me.. that is the main reason for my weight gain
