Is it respect or discrimination?

Take the example of a highly dignified organisation whose office is located far-off from the outskirts of a city.The office consists of 25 members out of which only one member is a woman.She is given a separate cabin whereas the rest 24 members are divided into 6 rooms consisting of 4 members each.The woman is not allowed to give her ideas. She is not allowed to discuss with anyone.She eats food lonely.She just has to act according to her boss.She is avoided at all meetings.
Irritated at all this , the woman asks her boss about this and he coolly replies ;"This is the respect we are giving to you. We do not want to disturb your privacy."
CAN ANYONE SAY WHETHER THIS IS DISCRIMINATION OR RESPECT!!!!
