With all the craze around IF, I thought of giving it a try. I have been following it for 6 days now. Initial 3 days I was seeing my weight dropping but next 3 days it went back up to the weight that I had started with. - Anyone else here doing intermittent fasting? - Are you getting any results with it? - What method of IF are you following i.e. 16-8 or 20-4? - How many times do you eat during the eating window? - Did you anytime see your weight going up while doing it instead of dropping? I have been doing 16-8 method of it. I eat my breakfast around 10 which consists of 10-12 nuts, a glass of fruit juice and 2 pesarattu. Lunch around 2pm with roti, sabzi and raita/dahi. Dinner around 6pm consisting of smoothie and salad. Initial 3 days when I was seeing my weight dropping, I didn't have lunch. Just breakfast & dinner. With my listed breakfast and dinner, I thought I won't get enough nutrients so I included lunch as well. I am 80kgs and have to get down to 60-58kgs... Longggg way to go.
