Insulin Resistance

    I'm told most of the weight related problems are due to insulin resistance. Most of the women are not aware of it. If you follow strict diet and workout regularly but still struggling to loose weight and have irregular menstrual cycle its probably because of it. Anybody know any good yoga to get rid of the problem naturally? Please share it. Thank you.

    Hi Sruthi,

    there are breathing techniques to overcome insulin resistance. just join in a good yoga centre and they will guide you. it's good to learn Breathing exercise by appropriate yoga teacher only.

    Take chromium picolnate 1000 mcg right before breakfeast, take 10000 mcg of Biotin a day and take 3000 mg of Niacinamide per day! Good luck.
