Ladies, Have anyone of you used induction stove ? I am planning to get one, so that I can carry it during travel/stay in hotels for boiling water for DD. Is cooking in induction stove safe or harmful for health ? Is it light weight to be carried ? Which brand of induction stove would be the best ?

Sorry to trouble with lot of questions. Please pour in your experiences.

    Hi Friend
Have seen some of my friends using induction stoves, but I don't have one. Its light wieght and can easily be carried. Because it operates with electric power, I think its ok from health point of view - I am not sure about it - sorry. Don't know about the brands.

This is too big a question.

Of course, it is good in the sense it is quick and hassle-free, but the deeper analysis about the possible (harmful) changes it makes to food particles are not yet discussed in the public domain.
