    Hi Everyone,

One day i checked my weight in the morning after getting up and using the bathroom i was 148 lbs....but the next day i checked again first thing in the morning without going to the bathroom and i weighed 154 lbs. I was shocked to see such a big fluctuation.......is this fluctuation in weight in one single day normal?.....if so which is my correct weight?

    Can anybody help ?

    With Regards
    Deepthi

    HI deepthi...

Best & ideal time to check weight is early in the morning after
defecation... so according to this 148 lbs should be your weight... sure there will be fluctuation of 1.5 to 2 kgs (approx 3.5 to 4.5 lbs) of weight...
