How to remove oil stain from clothes

    Hi All,

    Yesterday somehow vegetable oil spilled on my dress.I immediately washed that. But still there is stain.Can anyone help me by giving tips to remove oil stain.

    Baby powder works

    Dear Sonia,
    This absolutely works for me any grease or oil stain just apply a mound of baby powder, let it sit overnight and then shake it off. Launder as usual. Just give it a try.
    I have heard even salt works but have never tried it personally. Hope this helps and Good luck.

    Hi,

    Use kadalai mavu or payatham mavu to wash it. That is spread this flour on the oil, and keep for some time. Then wash as usual. The stain will go.
