How i lost my weight without dieting

    I am single ... doing at least 30 min workout , diet control and do house work... nearly running in kitchen from 11 to 2 to complete all work

    but still i dont reduce much weight ... i think my weight is stubborn like me

    Hi SGA

    One of my friends also has a big time issue in losing weight. She used to diet like crazy and forego on all junk foods and did a lot of exercises too. But finally yoga helped her. She has now lost a good 7-8 kgs. Yoga as in morning pranayamas (not sure if that is what it is called) - doesnt hurt to give it a try though

    even am not dieting but i lost 4 kilos within 2 months.........everyday i work out for 4 to 5 hours and this helped me in losing the extra kiols.......

    friends i forgot to add this information in my previous post..........
    everyday morning i walk in treadmill for 45 to 50 minutes and 30 minutes yoga if i find time......
    in the afternoon i walk in the treadmill again for 40 minutes.........
    in the evening after my DS comes back from school i play foodball(just for fun) with him for 1 hour and i play shuttlecock with my dh from 5.30 to 7.30 pm.....
    so these work outs are secreats of my weight loss and i eat everything including sweets,chocolates and ice creams.
