    Does Himalaya Ayurslim pills really work in weight loss?R there any sideeffects?if anyone used it pls let me know.Its a herbal product.If we stop that do we regain weight? I hav a loose skin does ayurvedic massages really tighten the skin.Do we loose weight if we go for massages?

    hi pretty,
    i tell you please avoid these weight loss tablets...i used to tell my hubby when he was using it and stopped it...it may have side effects that we don't know after certain age...instead try eating lots of vegetables in your diet instead of rice which has bad carbs..if you can,you can follow the below diet if possible...
    morning breakfast -oat meal(as you will not feel hungry for atleast two hours.)
    lunch-veggie soup(you need not strain,just add cut vegetables to one cup water and add salt and pepper,boil for 5 mins and have it so that your stomach consumes less rice after that)
    salad-one cup
    channa or lima beans or peas ,salted and cooked plain -one cup(as we are taking these extras for protein,rice consumption will be less)
    instead of above,we can take any curry as an alternative
    rice -one cup
    with sambar and curd
    As we could not cut rice,and if we cut, we will be tired; i tested avoiding rice and i was so bad.
    this cooking recipes will take less time and healthy!good luck!

    Instead of going for such pills, use a laxative very week or 15 days, have a diet that has less fat and exercise,,,,,,,,,,,,, will help in the long run...

    please chk out the other posts on weight loss in IL and join,,,

    hi friend,

    Morning and Evening brisk walking is best .Avoid eating fatty foods
    and sweets..Avoid eating snacks ,caffeine...take plenty of waters and :thumbsup:rotflfruits.
