Help - T-shirts are getting shorter in washer dryer

Hi Ladies,

i am very tense ,all mine amd my hubbies T-shirts are getting shorter when i wash them in washer and dry them in dyer. I am keeping my dryer in perm press mode but still they are becoming shorter and tighter.

what i am doing wrong. please help

After washing in washer I usually hang them to the hangers and air dry them.....that way they wont get shorter / shrinking and also the color remains like new...
