    Today's tip:

    It's healthier to have a fruit instead of having it's juice. The juice gives you no fibre.
    Think about it, if you want to have a glass of juice, you will need three or four oranges to fill a glass. But if you eat even two oranges, you will feel full and satisfied. Plus you get your dose of nutrition as well.

    If possible give some tips for hair softening my hair is hard and difficult to manage.

    If you have oily skin, apply half teaspoon of lemon juice mixed with half teaspoon of cucumber juice on the face just half an hour before taking bath.

    Eat lunch while standing up if your work requires lot of sitting. Apart from burning more calories, standing is a good way to stretch your spine.

    Get more active. Being less active can make you age faster as the key pieces of DNA called telomeres shorten more quickly than in active people.


    As we get older, the telomeres (repeat sequences of DNA that sit on the ends of chromosomes, protecting them from damage) get shorter, and their deterioration is associated with the physical signs of middle and old age. A research study conducted on twins at King's College London and published in Archives of Internal Medicine found that in inactive people the telomeres shortened more quickly than in active people. The faster is the rate of shortening, the faster is your ageing process. The researchers found that the most active people had telomeres of a length comparable to those found in inactive people who were up to 10 years' younger, on average.

    To reduce dizziness that occur with low blood pressure on standing, breathe deeply for few minutes before getting out of bed in the morning.

    Sleeping with the head of your bed slightly elevated also can help fight the effects of gravity.
