    45 mins no equipment cardio workout - BFBM

    Food

    Breakfast - Coffee shot,2 jowar idlies with peanut chutney.
    Post workout snack - Greek yogurt,dry fruits,nuts and seeds
    Lunch - Fried rice made with chicken+veg+egg.
    Mid afternoon snack - roasted peanuts.
    Evening snack - 1 cup of roasted murmura with peanuts.
    Dinner - Grilled tandoori fish,cucumber salad.
