    Food
    -------
    Early morning drink - warm water with ajwain,cumin,fennel and long pepper.
    Breakfast - Coffee shot
    Post workout snack - Greek yoghurt,pineapple,dry fruits,nuts and seeds.
    Lunch - 1 poori,chicken curry,rice.
    Dinner - Rice,dal,little tomato pickle,beans fry

    Lunch - Rice,mango spinach dal,1 chapathi,egg bhurji
    Snacks - Trail mix,Hummus with pita chips.
    Dinner - chicken biryani with raita.

    I did not maintain a calorie deficit today.
