    Post workout snack - Greek yoghurt.
    Lunch - Tomato Egg Pulav
    Dinner with friends - A bowl of samosa chaat,5 pani puries.

    Breakfast - A coffee shot
    Post workout snack - Greek yoghurt,pomegranate,dry fruits,nuts and seeds.
    Lunch - Roasted murmura with peanuts.
    Evening snack - 2 haldiram cocktail samosas.
    Dinner - Rice,dal,brinjal fry,grilled tandoori fish.

    Dinner - Chicken keema biryani.

    Lunch - 1/2 chicken sandwich, a cup of chicken noodle soup,chips.
    Dinner -a cup of chicken 65 biryani, few onions,a cup of chicken noodle soup.

    Did not maintain a calorie deficit a today.
