    Early morning drink - Warm water with cumin,fennel,ajwain and long pepper.
    Preworkout - A coffee shot.
    Post workout breakfast - Greek yogurt topped with pineapple,dates,almonds,walnuts,pistachios,pumpkin and sunflower seeds.
    Lunch - Homemade chicken Pulav with chicken curry.
    Snack - Few chips.
    Dinner - Rice and spinach dal.
