    Breakfast - A small coffee shot
    Post workout snack - Greek yoghurt,breakfast smoothie made with pomegranate,dry fruits,nuts and seeds.
    Lunch -Rice,mango dal,tindora salad type pachadi,tomato pickle.
    Evening snack - Spicy trail mix
    Dinner - Barley mushroom meal, mixed veg kitchdi,little tomato pickle.
