Getting Fit In 3 Months To 2024

    Hi all,
    I have been following a better workout and eating plan before 2 years. Since my baby was born, got very busy with her. Not able to consistently follow healthy eating or workout plan.

    Now its three months to new year 2024, wanted to use this as a fresh start to see myself better physically and mentally.

    I am planning to post my eating and workout done each day and make myself accountable.

    Starting Weight - 80 kgs

    Hi dear,

    I would like to join. Because I am also in a weight loss plan right now
    Your diet lacks protein. If you are a vegetarian, please try to add some source of protein source such as Chick pea, panner, tofu, milk, kidney beans etc

    My diet yesterday:

    Breakfast:
    2 boiled eggs
    1 banana
    Coffee with milk (no sugar)

    Mid morning snack:
    2 small cucumber

    Lunch:
    1 cub rice
    1 piece of grilled Fish
    Green leaves salad
    Dal curry

    Mid afternoon snack
    coffee with milk (no sugar)
    2 dates (not ripped)
    5 nuts

    Dinner at 8 pm
    Oats with Greek yogurt (2% fat)
    1 green apple

    Exercise:
    Walked 30 mins
    Cardio exercise for 15 mins
    Strength exercise for 30 mins

    Life style:
    Sedentary life style as I don't do any physical work at home or work place (mostly sitting in one place at work, and don't do any chores at home).

    My diet and life style is more or less the same every day, with just simple changes in the type of fruits or protein intake I consume.
    I am hoping to start IF for better results.

    Yes. Intermittent fasting is a great idea to see quick results. :)

    Apart from diet, I've started IF since 2 days. For now, it is 14:10 window, and it is going great
