:hiya today's reporting score - 66 score for today - 2.8 BMI- 27.1 health age is 32.9 lifestyle score is 73 total water intake 2 liters today i had been fasting had water and fruits throughout the day and in the evening had oats upma. moderate exercise- as i was fasting at the beginning of this program my BMI was 27.9 and my lifestyle score was i think ,57. i wasn't very lucky to report daily . had to go to see my MIL. i couldn't and shouldn't avoid that. but due to that my scores fell back. but i was aware of my fitness schedule there too. that is the motivation i got from this program. wherever we are ,we should eat right and exercise daily. but i couldn't submit my scores as there was no internet connnection there. anyways, bygones are bygones. i have learnt new lessons.i have made it a habit to drink water after waking up daily in the mornings. i used to be very lazy to do that before. i have been buying so many fruits and eating them too. previously, the fruits used to be stored in the fridge for days and finally dumped away in the trash bin. now i value them and my kids and hubby are also very slowly following me.(touchwood!) wish i could succeed in making them eat their meals properly too. my lifestyle score has also improved from 57 to 73!!! i am satisfied with this much of progress. thankyou GIS Team and all my friends.
