Get in Shape 2010!

    My score for the day: 3.0


    My starting BMI: 25.2
    My ending BMI: 25.2
    Status: Obese

    My starting health age: 36.3
    My ending health age: 34.4

    On the final page of the health age calculation, my
    BMI comes up as : 26.04
    Recommended is: <23

    Not sure which is the right one, so mentioning both.

    My starting Total Lifestyle score: 68 (I think from memory)
    My ending Total Lifestyle score: 74

    I guess there is an improvment in my health age, which is good.
    Total lifestyle score is also better than the beginning.
    This could be due to the diet style I had followed this month. Thanks to all the friends here and IL and Get in Shape 2010 and Desidieter.com

    I need to work and keep working on to get that BMI down to healthy levels.

    Another two more days to go...........

    This is really good idea tracking our daily necessary activities.
    This healthy competition helps to start a habit of drinking more water in these days, now it is my one of my habits drinking lot of water daily which is good for health.

    with proper healthy diet and drinking almost 3 li of water i am able to reach this much
    now a days people are asking about the change they see in me, more energetic than before.
    thankyou for starting this thread which was the platform for this change. i feel i should continue this way through out the life

    My score for 29/1/10 is 2.6 and reporting score is 94.8.
    Today, I was travelling throughout the day and could not manage to drink sufficient water..But one good thing is that I finished the yoga session before going out..
