Flat Stomach thats what i Need

    dear jayanthy and laxmimohan, thanks a lot for the reply.
    my hubby comes home from office late in the evening and the gym is very far. so can't go to gym for exercise. i become regular in any exercise if i put that exercise dvd on tv. so i am also doing yoga watching yoga-dvd in the morning. but it is not effective for getting flat stomach. for that as u said i have to do ab crunches.
    so could you please suggest me a good dvd on ab crunches.
    i tried to get one from the net but it is not recordable in a cd so as to watch daily on tv. pls help me getting a good dvd on ab cruches. (give me the name of good dvd on ab crunches) that way i get inspiration to do the crunches without fail. pls reply.

    Hi Baby,

    I dont know about DVDs,my would be tought me this excercise.Why dont you buy the DVD by Bipasha Basu "The fit and fabulous you".It may be having so many good excercises.

    Hi Bhuvana,

    Both are good,early morning excercises are more good.If you dont have time do in the evening after having some fruits(Dont have any hard food or coffee before that).
    Even treadmill helps to reduce weight.Please tell me how many KG is your weight reduction aim?
    Based on that I will suggest you one excercising method.

    even i do not know about any dvd. but i feel we can do it much more effectively without seeing the tv. Just keep counts. try it for few days

    dear jayanthy and lakshmi, thank u for the reply. i am looking out for a good dvd exclusively for ab exercises, like crunches, etc.
    it makes me regular if i watch anybody doing...in tv at least.
    i tried for downloading from internet but not recordable in my cd. if u see any good ab exercise site, recordable into cds pls tell me.

    Hi Jayyu,

    Please see my diet plan
    Early morning lemon+honey+hot water
    Bf as normal but in reduced quantity
    snacks only fruits
    No fried items,cakes,chocolates etc..
    Lunch 1 spoon rice with veg + multicereal bread
    snacks again fruits
    Dinner:1 slice wheat or multicereal bread with veg sometimes 1 spoon rice also
    Drink 2 litre water atleast

    I was able to reduce 1.6 Kg in 3 weeks.
    Cant give much good answers for this(since I am also striving for weightloss)
    ,but try to have atleast 3 egg whites per week.

    Sorry baby no idea such exclusive videos.
    I beleive if you have a strong determination you can do it.
    I was also a lazy.But now every morning I enjoy my workout without that I feel something missing :)

    hi pman,

    juz an info plz, am afraid of doing these crunches as i end up straining my neck. am i doing it the wrong way? wonder how do u do 300 a day ough in sets. how long does it take for u to finish it?

    Ab crunches as of now, i am joing doing whenever i get time. Can i use the rope to do exercises for abcrunches. You know the rope exercises that one..kindly confirm

    Hi Jayyu,

    You can hold something and do the excercise since it gives grip to us.If its a rope then also fine.I used to hold the bed with two hands and do.Similarly you can hold the rope and can do.

    Then how do you feel after doing this?I know for first time you will feel like stopping this excercise forever(me too felt),but now I can do 100 per day :)
