    Feeling motivated nowadays,but when I think about my painful periods due ,which is in 5 days,feel depressed as I might miss my routine again.

    Today went to attend competition for DD so woke up so early after 4 hours sleep (due to watching super singer late night yesterday), so no exercise today....sorry for myself for not doing today....see...excuses coming with a flow :) i know its a mistake but....i know i should not continue these with lame excuses again...

    day 2 brisk walk in park 25 minutes... feeling fresh... (this wasnt behind son... so i guess feeling too good... i feel like running on the treadmill now at home.. but with son around... i cant take a risk...

    Completed week 6 day 1 of the couch to 5k program. Burned a good 365 kcals doing it too. With warm up et al, I clocked in at 43 minutes!
