Feb 2014 Challenge - Exercise for 20 Minutes Every weekday

    1-Feb-14: Rock climbing for 40 mins + 1 hour walking
    2-Feb-14: Rock climbing for 20 mins + 1 hour walking
    3-Feb-14: 20 mins leisure walking
    4-Feb-14: JM shred Level 1 (1st Day) + 2 miles LS
    5-Feb-14: JM Shred Level 1 (2nd Day) + 3 miles LS
    6-Feb-14: JM Shred Level 1 (3rd Day) + 4 miles LS (2+1+1)
    7-Feb-14: 2 miles outside walk
    8-Feb-14: 2 miles outside walk
    9-Feb-14: 2 miles outside walk
    10-Feb-14: rest
    11-Feb-14: 2 miles outside walk

    Yesterday (11.2.14) : 20 min fast cycling plus 10 minutes fast walking.

    Today (12.2.14) : 20 min fast walking (average speed 6.8 km/hour).

    The other challenges like, "100 miles in Feb" ect, are too scary for a person like me, because, I can not even complete 40 miles in a month.

    Hence, a challenge like this one, having to do at least 20 minutes per day in all week days , will best suit to me.

    No one has ever started a thread like this, with a practically achievable mild goal like this , which will best suit to individuals who do mild to moderate exercises every day.

    It will help to maintain consistency.

    I have no weight loss goals, as my weight is within the normal range recommended for my height.

    But, I have been advised strongly to maintain consistency of exercises.

    This thread will help me enormously.

    walked outside 4miles and eleptical 3 miles.so tatal 7miles today.

    8/20: walked outside with my DS. Wish I had a decent jogging stroller. I could have run!
