Feb 2014 Challenge - Exercise for 20 Minutes Every weekday

    Dear IL'ites,

    This challenge is to exercise at least 20 minutes every day during the month of February 2014. It can be either at your home or at the gym. It can be as long as you want, but it needs to be a minimum of 20 minutes per day. Weekends are not included, but you can substitute a weekend for a weekday.

    Join the challenge to make this a habit. If you join the challenge, everyday, you need to make a simple update like below -

    Challenge Completed
    1/20 Days
    ---

    You have completed the challenge successfully, if you have done 20/20 Days. If you fall short, try again next month.

    Hello Induslady,

    Thanks for starting this thread..very innovative...I am one of those people whose always looking for ways to exercise but can never get into a routine.Hopefully along with all you wonderful sisters I can also get into a routine.Starting 1st feb i will atleast kick start my exercise routine by walking for 20mins at the minimum.

    Im in too. I have been thinking of workout for atleast 30min since past 2-3 weeks but not able to. This is motivating! Hopefully I can keep up with it.

    Just about the perfect thread. Exercise 20 min.... I am so in...

    I had joined other exercise threads too... but looking at everybody else's effort, I felt I was the odd one out, as I couldn't keep it consistent and even exercise for longer time. So I stopped posting in those threads.

    Actually my prob is that I get tired very very quickly and then my breathing goes too high. So I just stop in between and then don't feel like getting up.

    But I have been doing leslie walks since past few days, taking some breaks in between.

    I hope I will be atleast consistent with this one. Friends definitely need your support and motivation :)
